Some information about my dolls:

ALL of my dolls are 1/6th scale, meaning they are 11-12 inches tall. They are highly articulated vinyl figures which are customised by me. They are created from blank doll figures or edited from existing doll figures - including painting the face, rooting in the hair, and making or buying clothes. This type of doll are very popular in Japan, where they originated from - the larger variety (which come in sizes anywhere between 14cm and 70cm and beyond) are made of resin and are called ABJDs (Asian Ball Jointed Dolls).

All of my dolls are also customised to appear like characters I myself have created. If you would like to know more about these dolls please contact me : )

I use several different types of doll bases to make my dolls. These are -

  - Obitsu; a Japanese doll manufacturer. They can be purchased blank from www.junkyspot.com.

  - BBi Cygirls; a variety of articulated female action figure made by BBi. Mine was purchased from the Junkyspot, but they can also be found at various other stores.

  - Volks; another Japanese doll manufacturer who first started producing 1/3rd scale (60cm) dolls made of resin and moved onto smaller dolls. www.volksusa.com.
